Hmm, it took us 2 months to implement Scrum in the company for internal teams. Easy so far. But we spent another year to change culture in such a way, that people start recognizing empowerment they have and without external pressure begun self-organizing themselves. And now most difficult. What should we do with customers? How to convince them the team works for them and not just &quot;per se&quot; so their absence almost always lead to fatal results? I dont know. I dont know.</description>
